Support and Feedback
How to contact Arizmic, report an issue, request an integration, or discuss organization licensing.
Last updated 2026-08-10
Arizmic uses one public address for website feedback, accessibility reports, security reports, privacy requests, provider requests, and future customer support. The public pre-release does not include a paid support plan or guaranteed response time.
Contact support
Email support@arizmic.com and use a subject that identifies the request:
[Feedback]for website or product comments;[Support]for a product or documentation question;[Accessibility]for an access barrier;[Security]for a suspected vulnerability;[Privacy]for a privacy request;[Billing]for a future order, renewal, cancellation, or refund issue; or[Providers]for a data, AI, or broker integration request.
What to include
Describe what you were trying to do, what happened, what you expected, and whether the issue repeats. For a website problem, include the page URL, browser, device type, and a screenshot when it is safe to share.
For future desktop support, useful context may include the Arizmic version, operating system, processor architecture, workflow, and the exact error text. Redact personal or proprietary information before sending diagnostics.
What not to send
Do not email passwords, API keys, broker credentials, full payment-card numbers, license keys, private datasets, or proprietary strategy code. Arizmic will not need a password to investigate a request.
If a screenshot or log contains local paths, account identifiers, positions, orders, prompts, or research material, remove that information before attaching it.
Security, privacy, and accessibility
For a security report, use [Security], describe the affected surface, reproduction steps, and potential impact, and avoid accessing information beyond what is necessary to explain the issue.
For a privacy request, use [Privacy] and identify the record or interaction involved. Arizmic may need to verify that the request relates to you. For an accessibility report, include the page or task, the barrier, and any browser or assistive technology that is relevant.
Provider and organization inquiries
For a provider request, name the provider category, required workflow, market or data type, and why the current support matrix does not meet the need. A request helps prioritize evaluation but is not a commitment to add the integration.
Organizations interested in future purchasing can use the subject [Organization] Arizmic and describe the number of users and procurement requirements. The first self-service license is for individuals; there is no Team or Institutional pricing card during pre-release.
Preview boundary
The current website cannot provide an installer, activate a subscription, reset a license, recover an account, or process a payment. Support can receive pre-release feedback, but it cannot make an unreleased feature available.
After paid access opens, support will be provided on a reasonable-efforts basis for the current generally released software. Third-party provider availability, charges, credentials, and account support remain with the relevant provider.
