Privacy Policy
How Arizmic handles information for the public website, waitlist, analytics, planned local desktop software, support, providers, updates, licensing, and commerce.
Effective 2026-08-10Last updated 2026-08-10
Effective for the public Arizmic pre-release website. Checkout, accounts, downloads, and commercial software access remain unavailable.
This Privacy Policy explains how Arizmic LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, handles information through the public Arizmic website and how the planned Arizmic desktop software is designed to handle information at release. The website is a public pre-release surface with a launch waitlist and Cloudflare Web Analytics; it has no customer accounts, checkout, software downloads, or product activation.
Website information
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. When a browser requests a page, Cloudflare and Arizmic may process ordinary request information such as an IP address, time, requested URL, browser or device information, referring page, and security signals. This processing is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose faults, and maintain security.
Cloudflare may use cookies that are strictly necessary for an enabled security or network feature. Arizmic does not intentionally set nonessential or tracking cookies on the public website.
The production website loads Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page and performance measurement. The analytics beacon is restricted to the production build and is not loaded in local or preview builds. Arizmic does not load Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, session replay, fingerprinting, or other visitor-tracking tools.
Waitlist and product email
When you join the Arizmic waitlist, Arizmic collects the email address you submit and sends it to the email service provider configured for the waitlist. Arizmic uses the address to send launch-access notices, the stated launch offer, and occasional Arizmic product updates. Joining the waitlist does not start a trial, subscription, or purchase.
Submitting the waitlist form is an affirmative email opt-in. Every marketing message will provide an unsubscribe route. Waitlist contact information is retained until you unsubscribe, the list is retired, or it is no longer reasonably needed for the stated purpose. After an unsubscribe, Arizmic or its email provider may retain the minimum suppression record needed to honor that choice.
The waitlist form uses a hidden anti-spam field and ordinary Cloudflare security controls. Arizmic does not intentionally send the submitted email address to website analytics or advertising services.
Support and feedback
Arizmic uses Google Workspace to receive messages sent to its public support address. A message may contain your name, email address, its contents, attachments, and technical context you choose to provide. Arizmic uses that information to respond, investigate a report, improve the website or product, and maintain a reasonable record of the exchange.
Ordinary support correspondence is normally retained for up to 24 months after the request is closed. A record may be kept longer when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or to protect legal rights. Do not send passwords, API keys, broker credentials, full payment-card numbers, private datasets, or proprietary strategy code.
Support correspondence does not add an address to the waitlist or marketing list. Marketing email requires the separate opt-in described above.
Local desktop projects and telemetry
Arizmic is designed as local desktop software. Projects, imported datasets, strategies, notebooks, credentials, configurations, and research outputs remain on the user's device unless the user chooses a feature that sends information elsewhere or sends material to support.
The initial release will not include automatic product analytics or automatic crash reporting. If those capabilities are considered later, product analytics and crash reporting will be separate controls, both off by default. Enabling one will not enable the other. Arizmic will update this policy before collection begins.
Telemetry must never include raw datasets, strategies, prompts, local paths, provider credentials, broker data, orders, license keys, or the contents of research projects. An optional crash report must be reviewable before it is sent wherever practical.
User-selected providers and native AI integration
You may choose to connect a supported market-data service, hosted AI model, compatible model endpoint, local model, or broker using your own account and credentials. Information sent through those connections is governed by your instructions and the selected provider's terms and privacy practices.
For hosted AI, the context you approve is sent directly from the workstation to the selected provider. It is not routed through an Arizmic-operated model relay. Local models can keep model requests on the device, subject to the configuration of that model software. Arizmic does not control an independent provider's retention, training, security, availability, or international processing.
Updates, licensing, and commerce
The planned automatic update check is limited to the installed Arizmic version, operating system, processor architecture, and update channel. It is not designed to include project contents or a stable tracking identifier.
When paid access opens, Lemon Squeezy will operate hosted checkout and maintain the primary commerce records. Arizmic may receive the order, subscription, refund, and license status needed to provide access and support, but does not plan to create a separate Arizmic customer account or long-term duplicate transaction database.
License activation will be sent directly to Lemon Squeezy and will include the license key and a random installation ID. The installation ID identifies an activation instance, not the person's research activity. Payment-card and billing details entered at checkout are handled by Lemon Squeezy and its payment partners under their own terms.
Retention, security, and international processing
Arizmic retains information only for the purposes described above and for a period reasonably necessary to meet those purposes. Retention can also be affected by legal obligations, security investigations, fraud prevention, backups, and disputes.
Arizmic uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small software business and the information it handles. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Users remain responsible for securing their devices, local files, backups, credentials, and connected-provider accounts.
Cloudflare, Google, Lemon Squeezy, and user-selected providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or other safeguard, the responsible provider and Arizmic will use the mechanism applicable to their role.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis. These rights may be subject to verification and lawful exceptions. Arizmic will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.
To make a privacy request, email support@arizmic.com with the subject [Privacy] Arizmic and describe the request. Arizmic may ask for information reasonably necessary to confirm that the request relates to you. If a provider controls the relevant record, Arizmic may direct you to that provider.
