These Website Terms govern use of the public Arizmic website, including its product descriptions, Documentation, and Education content. The website describes a pre-release desktop product but does not offer an account, checkout, installer, subscription, license, brokerage service, or live-trading service.

Eligibility and acceptance

You may use this website only if you have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction and can enter into a binding agreement. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Additional terms will apply if Arizmic later offers paid software, downloads, or other services. Those terms will be presented separately before a purchase or software activation.

Pre-release status and product descriptions

The website is a public, indexable pre-release surface. Product descriptions explain intended launch behavior and may refer to capabilities that are still planned, internal, beta, provider-specific, or release-gated. They are not a promise that a particular feature, provider, platform, date, price, or commercial term is available now.

Arizmic may correct, change, remove, or reorganize pre-release content without notice. A feature is generally available only when it appears in a certified release and its applicable support matrix.

Intellectual property

The website, Arizmic name and artwork, software descriptions, interface designs, original text, and other materials supplied by Arizmic are owned by Arizmic LLC or used with permission. They are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and make reasonable personal use of the website. You may not copy substantial portions, republish them as your own, remove notices, use Arizmic branding to imply endorsement, or use the website to train or distribute a competing content collection except where applicable law permits that activity.

Documentation and Education materials may include their own license or attribution terms. Those specific terms control where they conflict with this section.

Material you submit and feedback

You retain ownership of material you submit. You give Arizmic a nonexclusive permission to receive, reproduce, and use that material only as reasonably necessary to respond to you, investigate a report, or provide the requested interaction.

If you voluntarily provide non-confidential ideas or feedback, Arizmic may use them to evaluate and improve the website, software, and documentation without an obligation to compensate you. Do not submit information you do not have the right to share, or material that you expect Arizmic to treat as a trade secret under a separate agreement.

Acceptable use

You must not use the website unlawfully or in a way that interferes with another person's use. In particular, do not attempt to bypass security controls, probe systems without authorization, introduce malicious code, overload the service, scrape at a disruptive rate, impersonate another person, misrepresent an affiliation, or access information that is not intended for you.

Good-faith security reports should follow the instructions on the Security page. Those instructions do not authorize access beyond what is necessary to describe a suspected issue.

Third-party links and providers

The website may link to independent data, AI, broker, commerce, research, or educational services. A link does not make Arizmic responsible for that service. Your use of an independent service is governed by its terms, charges, data rights, availability, and privacy practices.

References to supported or planned integrations do not claim universal provider access. Exact capabilities depend on the integration, account, jurisdiction, data entitlement, and certified Arizmic release.

Research information, not professional advice

Arizmic provides research software and educational information. The website does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, brokerage, fiduciary, or personalized financial advice. Nothing on the website is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or deploy a security, strategy, or model.

Backtests, examples, simulated fills, model outputs, and educational discussions have material limitations. Review the Risk Disclosure before relying on quantitative research or connecting any system to capital.

Availability and disclaimers

Arizmic may suspend or discontinue the website, and does not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or secure availability. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its pre-release content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or accuracy.

These exclusions do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Arizmic is not responsible for losses caused by a visitor's trading decisions, use of an independent provider, or reliance on a pre-release description as if it were a released capability.

Disputes and changes

Before filing a claim relating to the website, a party must give the other a written description of the issue and requested resolution and allow 30 days for a good-faith informal resolution. If the issue is not resolved, either party may bring the claim in a court with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not select an exclusive governing law or venue; mandatory law and ordinary conflict-of-law rules continue to apply.

Arizmic may revise these Terms when the website or legal requirements change. A new effective date and material summary will accompany a material revision. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance for website use; separate affirmative acceptance will be required for material changes to a future software license.
